The crowning glory of our Orlando vacation rental home is the large south facing, heated private pool with spa/hot tub in a screened enclosure. We provide luxurious and very comfortable pool/dining furniture, a large covered lanai means you may dine in comfort away from the glare of the sun, once you have dined relax on one of the many sun lounges before cooling off in your own refreshing pool or switch on the spa/hot tub, take a cool drink, climb in and let the bubbles soothe you.

You will have your own walk in closet, large en suite bathroom with separate bath, walk in shower, his and hers vanity units and toilet room. Other members of your party will have use of a queen size bed with built in wardrobes and connected bathroom or 2 twin bedrooms which both have twin beds, built in wardrobes and share the third bathroom.

With easy access to Wal-mart and many restaurants – where you to dine in or perhaps decide to take out a meal which you can enjoy in our formal dining area, or why not make use of our fully equipped kitchen and rustle up something yourself. Patio doors from the master bedroom allow you to walk straight out to the poolside for that early morning dip.

KITCHEN- as expected the kitchen is fully equipped. Here you will find all the cutlery, utensils, pots and pans you will need. A toaster, kettle, coffee maker, and blender can also be found here. A large cooker with oven and grill, large fridge freezer, microwave and dishwasher are fitted all with instructions.

LAUNDRY – an easy to use washing machine and dryer, iron and ironing board are available.

BREAKFAST NOOK – an elegant breakfast area with table and chairs that will seat four, overlooking the swimming pool and patio area.

LOUNGE – Our stunning and spacious lounge has two 3-seater sofas, one of which doubles as a Queen size sleeper for two. For your entertainment there is TV and a dvd/cd player. (You can buy really cheap topical DVD’s in Walmart for a couple of dollars!)

DINING AREA – a very stylish and dressed area with a 6 seater table and chairs for all your formal dining requirements.

MASTER BEDROOM – this large and beautiful appointed room has a Queen size bed, dressing table, bedside chests, and excellent walk-in-wardrobe. Patio doors open directly into the beautiful secluded pool area with private lanai.

EN-SUITE – a very spacious en-suite with twin wash basins, double shower.

2ND BEDROOM – another large and spacious room with Queen Beds and large chest of drawers.

THIRD BEDROOM – a nice fresh room with two single beds.

2ND BATHROOM – this room sits next to the twin bedroom and is fully fitted with a bath and overhead shower, single wash basin and w.c.

ALL LINEN AND TOWELS ARE PROVIDED AT NO EXTRA COST.

PATIO AREA – an extremely large covered patio where all the family can comfortably relax, dine al-fresco or soak up the sun. Patio furniture and sun loungers are provided.
