The villa has a beautifully appointed master bedroom with en suite facilities that include a double shower.
Patio doors from the master bedroom allow you to walk straight out to the poolside for that early morning dip.
The management company can assist with providing additional maid service if required.
This home is located within the West Stonebridge community on highway 27.

KITCHEN- as expected the kitchen is fully equipped. Here you will find all the cutlery, utensils, pots and pans you will need. A toaster, kettle, coffee maker, and blender can also be found here. A large cooker with oven and grill, large fridge freezer, microwave and dishwasher are fitted all with instructions.

LAUNDRY – an easy to use washing machine and dryer, iron and ironing board are available.

BREAKFAST NOOK – an elegant breakfast area with table and chairs that will seat four, overlooking the swimming pool and patio area.

LOUNGE – Our stunning and spacious lounge has two 3-seater sofas, one of which doubles as a Queen size sleeper for two. For your entertainment there is TV and a dvd/cd player. (You can buy really cheap topical DVD’s in Walmart for a couple of dollars!)

DINING AREA – a very stylish and dressed area with a 6 seater table and chairs for all your formal dining requirements.

MASTER BEDROOM – this large and beautiful appointed room has a Queen size bed, dressing table, bedside chests, and excellent walk-in-wardrobe. Patio doors open directly into the beautiful secluded pool area with private lanai.

EN-SUITE – a very spacious en-suite with twin wash basins, double shower.

2ND BEDROOM – another large and spacious room with Queen Beds and large chest of drawers.

THIRD BEDROOM – a nice fresh room with two single beds.

2ND BATHROOM – this room sits next to the twin bedroom and is fully fitted with a bath and overhead shower, single wash basin and w.c.

ALL LINEN AND TOWELS ARE PROVIDED AT NO EXTRA COST.

PATIO AREA – an extremely large covered patio where all the family can comfortably relax, dine al-fresco or soak up the sun. Patio furniture and sun loungers are provided.

SWIMMING POOL – a private and screened 26/13ft pool with shallow and deep end, the pool and patio area have lots of evening lighting, so your fun and enjoyment is unlimited.

This chalet style property is south facing, has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and sleeps a maximum of 8.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, en-suite and large patio doors that lead out into the private pool area.

The entire house is tastefully decorated and has everything you need for your stay in the sunshine state.

There is a large supermarket only 5 minutes drive away, and the house is just minutes to all of Orlando’s major theme parks and attractions.

The house is only 5 minutes from the award winning Champions Gate and Reunion Golf Courses.

Orlando is central for the gulf coast to the west, with Clearwater and its spectacular beaches only 1 hour away. To the East you have Cocoa Beach and the space coast only 40 minutes away.

Ideally located for Orlando International Airport which is only 40 minutes away.
Sanford airport is approximately one hour drive.

The lounge area has 3 seater, 2 seater and armchair. A 32″ TV and patio doors that lead to the back garden and pool area. The dining area has a dining table which seats 6 people and there is a Breakfast Nook next to the kitchen which seats 4.

Our pool and patio area is fully alarmed for the safety of children. The large deck area has a terrace with a
range of patio furniture and loungers.
The large covered patio/lanai is the perfect location for a BBQ and evening relaxation.

This beautiful Courtyard Villa is superbly furnished to a high standard and with three good sized bedrooms and a sofa bed, would be ideal for a large family.

Ideally located on the US 27, just one mile south of the US 192 and only a ten minute drive from the Interstate 4, giving you easy access to all of Orlando’s main traveling routes.

You will be within minutes of all the essential amenities including a bank, petrol station, Walgreen, Super Wal-Mart, and a variety of shops, diners, bars and restaurants.

Walt Disney World can be reached in just 15 minutes, and the majority of the main attractions such as Universal, Seaworld and International drive with its numerous attractions can be reached in under 30 minutes.

There are several quality golf courses just minutes away by car which cater for every level of golfer including Southern Dunes, Ridgewood Lakes and Champions Gate, plus over 20 more within a 20 mile radius.

On site facilities include a Mediterranean Style Club House with gym, tennis courts, children’s indoor play area, sand volley ball court and a palm garden.
