This is a beautiful two storey, new construction property which has been tastefully furnished and decorated throughout and benefits from a host of modern technology. To the East you have Cocoa Beach and the space coast only 40 minutes away. Ideal for Orlando Intl airport is only 40 minutes away and Sanford about one hour drive. You will be 5 minutes away from the award winning Champions Gate Golf Course and Reunion.. We are also within an hours drive of all the major theme parks and water parks in the area.

As you walk through the front door the entryway leads to a spacious seating area with computer and internet access. go up the stairs to the upper floor and an archway leads to a further seating area with two sofas, two armchairs, wide, flat screen TV, cable and DVD player.
