Golf enthusiasts will be delighted to here that Champions Gate and Reunion Golf courses are just 10 minutes away and provide challenging and immaculately maintained courses.

The house comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 Master suites with king-size beds and en-suite facilities and 2 twin bedded rooms. All bedrooms have TV’s. Bed linen is provided.

Each bathroom has a good stock of towels for your party’s use. We do request that you bring your own beach towels for use by the pool.

The home has 5 cable televisions 1 video and DVD. There is also a CD player and a Playstation 2 games console. There are a selection of Films, PS2 games and books which you are welcome to use. There is seating for 8 guests in the living room and 8 guests in the dining room.

The kitchen is well equipped with a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster, blender & coffee maker. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. Cutlery, crockery, glassware and cooking utensils are all provided for your use.

The house is 35 min from Orlando airport. 60 min from Sanford Airport.

The villa is in the quiet area of HWY 27 but within 2 miles there are supermarkets, a patrol station, pharmacy and restaurants.

The 192, with it’s many shops and restaurants is only a 3 minute drive.

There are several gold courses within minutes of the villa including the Greg Norman designed Champions Gate Course.

For those who like walking, the Lake Louis Nature Reserve is only a 10 minute drive North on the Hwy 27, take a picnic!.

For the fisherman in your group, the largest tarpon ever recorded was caught at Homossassa on the Gulf Coast.

Welcome to our brand new four bedroom villa on Lake Wilson Preserve ,with 96 villas in total ours in a small enclave of 12 surrounded by conservation land. It is in a beautiful Mediterranean style development, cozy, chic and comfortable with a beautiful private, covered pool – perfect for the sun and for those unusual cooler days. Interstate 4 , which provides access to both East and West coasts and all central Florida attractions is just two miles away at junction 58 .
We are 10 minutes away from all Disney theme parks 20 minutes from Universal and Sea World .We are also only a few minutes away from the US 192 with its unlimited dining and entertainment venues. Our neighbour is Champions Gate , which hosts 5 Championship Golf Courses.
Florida, and the Orlando Disney area is renound for its year-round delightful weather – hot sunny summers and mild winters – just a bit cooler at night. There is always plenty to do all around Florida – with theme parks (including Disney World, Universal Studios and Sea World), and great restaurants to suit every taste, family or otherwise.
There are also nightclubs, golf courses, horse riding, and water parks, something to keep everyone happy! There is brilliant shopping, and lots of cinemas and theatres all over this area of America. It also boasts the biggest McDonalds in the entire world!

We are very close to all amenities – you really don’t have to go far to the supermarket, if you want a hairdresser, or to rent a DVD – all this and more just a few minutes away. We are also in a prime location to reach Disney World – only a ten minute drive away – and close to all Theme Parks.

We are opposite the drive through Bank and Golfing Complex designed by Greg Norman, opposite the new Reunion Championship Golfing Complex, designed by Tom Watson, Arnold Palmer and Jack Nicholas. It is the perfect place for a holiday – plenty of sunshine and plenty for the kids to see and do, and with the private pool who could ask for more? There is also plenty to do for the adults, with a range of sports, Theme Parks, and bars and restaurants nearby. Come and soak up the sun in Lake Wilson Preserve.
