This is a beautiful two storey, new construction property which has been tastefully furnished and decorated throughout and benefits from a host of modern technology. The villa sleeps 10, has a private pool and jacuzzi, very well maintained gardens, front and rear. The master bedroom has a king size bed and en suite bathroom, as does the guest suite. Their is also a third family bathroom next to the twin bedrooms. The huge living space includes two beautifully decorated lounges with 50inch tv and computer complete with free internet access.

There is also a large supermarket only 5 minutes drive away. Orlando is central for the gulf coast to the west, with Clearwater and its spectacular beaches only 1 hour away. To the East you have Cocoa Beach and the space coast only 40 minutes away. Ideal for Orlando Intl airport is only 40 minutes away and Sanford about one hour drive. You will be 5 minutes away from the award winning Champions Gate Golf Course and Reunion.. We are also within an hours drive of all the major theme parks and water parks in the area.

DESCRIPTION
FOYER AND LIVING ROOMS
As you walk through the front door the entryway leads to a spacious seating area with computer and internet access. go up the stairs to the upper floor and an archway leads to a further seating area with two sofas, two armchairs, wide, flat screen TV, cable and DVD player.

KITCHEN
Large fully equipped kitchen with cooker, American fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, dining table with 6 chairs and breakfast bar with 2 chairs and all the usual appliances. Utility room includes washing machine, dryer, iron, ironing board and a cloakroom.

MASTER SUITE
As you come up the stairs the wide landing leads to extremely spacious luxury master suite with huge King size bed, chaise-longe, walk in closet, en-suite bathroom with his n hers vanity unit, corner bath, large walk in shower and separate toilet.

GUEST SUITE
This room again has quality furnishings, a queen size bed, cable television and an en suite bathroom

BEDROOMS 3 & 4 Both have twin beds, with televisions in the room.

Our pool and patio area is fully alarmed for the safety of children. The large deck area has a spa/jacuzzi and a large terrace with a range of patio furniture and loungers. The large covered patio/lanai is perfect for barbecuing and evening relaxation.

The villa will be cleaned and beds made prior to your arrival, all towels are included with the exception of beach towels.

The magic begins when you enter, this magnificent 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom villa completed in 2006. The villa benefits from large heated pool and jacuzzi, luxury master bedroom with queen beds and en-suite, games room, free local and international calling, 15MB high speed internet access, TV with DVD DVR cable. The difficulty will be leaving the villa to visit the many excellent attractions Disney and Orlando has to offer. We also have a 5 Bedroom Villa within walking distance for larger parties who may require 2 villas.

Notes on accommodation
All rooms have air conditioning and heating to make you stay comfortable all year round, the pool has a safety fence and doors are alarmed for safety of our younger guests also stair gate, highchair and cot available. There is a safe for your valuables and the house if fully alarmed to a central station.
