Our beautiful four bedroom villa is fully air conditioned accommodation comprises two
master bedroom suites with King & Queen size beds with en suite luxurious bathrooms, 2 twin bedrooms and a third family bathroom an open plan large family room, living room, kitchen, breakfast nook, separate dining room. Fully screened and heated pool/spa with extended decking and two car garage, standard cable TV provided in the family room also a DVD player.

Our Orlando Villa

Family Room: The villa has a large open plan family room which over looks the pool area and access to decking area it contains a large corner sofa, love chair, ceiling fan, TV and DVD player.

Kitchen: Fridge/freezer with ice maker, four ring stove and oven, microwave and seating for two at the breakfast bar.

Breakfast Nook: Round table and seating for four.

Laundry Room: A large washing machine, Tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.

Living Room: Three seater sofa bed and a love chair.

Dinning Room: A large dinning table which seats six people.

Bathrooms: Three Bathrooms.

Master Bedroom: King size bed, ceiling fan, with a large walk in closet, en suit bathroom, two vanity units, with a large walk in shower,the master bedroom has access to the pool area via patio doors.

Master Bedroom: Queen size bed with closet and additional storage, en suit shower room with access to the pool area.

Bedroom Three & Four: Good size rooms which have two single beds closet and additional storage.

Family Bathroom: Bath tub with shower in tub and vanity unit.

The Villa has a large south facing swimming pool which can be heated (recommend from October to March) together with a luxury spa to relax in after a day at the parks. The pool is surrounded by large extended patio that includes a covered lania with ceiling fans, the pool has a security screen to keep young children safe (which can be removed quite easily).

Local Activities : Disney, Sea World, Universal, fishing, golf, horse riding and tennis.

Tuscan Ridge is located in Davenport, South West of Walt Disney World on the US27 in between the intersection of 192 and the interstate 4, can be easily reached which provides direct access to Southwest to Tampa (60 min) and Northeast to the centre of Orlando and Airports (Orlando airport 30 min and Sandford airport 60 min).

Local amenities, banks, petrol station, Publics supermarket, Super Wal-Mart and variety of shops, diners, restaurants and Pubs.

A large cooker with oven and grill, large fridge freezer, microwave and dishwasher are fitted all with instructions.

LAUNDRY – an easy to use washing machine and dryer, iron and ironing board are available.

BREAKFAST NOOK – an elegant breakfast area overlooking the swimming pool and patio area.

LOUNGE – Our stunning and spacious lounge for you to relax and unwind in. For your entertainment cable T.V. and a dvd/cd player (remember to bring your favourite films and cd’s there are some in the villas already) a phone for all local calls is free, international calls can be made from this phone with an international phonecard, which are widely available.

DINING AREA – a very stylish and dressed area for all your formal dining requirements.

MASTER BEDROOM – a Queen size bed, dressing table, bedside chests, alarm clock and roomy walk-in-wardrobe, Large TV . Patio doors open onto the lanai with a direct view of the jacuzzi and pool.

Calabay Parc is just a 15 minutes drive from the main entrance to Walt Disney World Resort, and just 1 mile from a huge selection of smaller attractions, shops, diners and restaurants. A Publix supermarket is only 3 minutes drive away.

Golf enthusiasts will be delighted to here that Champions Gate and Reunion Golf courses are just 10 minutes away and provide challenging and immaculately maintained courses.

The house comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 Master suites with king-size beds and en-suite facilities and 2 twin bedded rooms. All bedrooms have TV’s. Bed linen is provided.

For those who like walking, the Lake Louis Nature Reserve is only a 10 minute drive North on the Hwy 27, take a picnic!.

For the fisherman in your group, the largest tarpon ever recorded was caught at Homossassa on the Gulf Coast.

Welcome to our brand new four bedroom villa on Lake Wilson Preserve ,with 96 villas in total ours in a small enclave of 12 surrounded by conservation land. It is in a beautiful Mediterranean style development, cozy, chic and comfortable with a beautiful private, covered pool – perfect for the sun and for those unusual cooler days. Interstate 4 , which provides access to both East and West coasts and all central Florida attractions is just two miles away at junction 58 .
We are 10 minutes away from all Disney theme parks 20 minutes from Universal and Sea World .We are also only a few minutes away from the US 192 with its unlimited dining and entertainment venues. Our neighbour is Champions Gate , which hosts 5 Championship Golf Courses.
Florida, and the Orlando Disney area is renound for its year-round delightful weather – hot sunny summers and mild winters – just a bit cooler at night. There is always plenty to do all around Florida – with theme parks (including Disney World, Universal Studios and Sea World), and great restaurants to suit every taste, family or otherwise.
There are also nightclubs, golf courses, horse riding, and water parks, something to keep everyone happy! There is brilliant shopping, and lots of cinemas and theatres all over this area of America. It also boasts the biggest McDonalds in the entire world!

We are very close to all amenities – you really don’t have to go far to the supermarket, if you want a hairdresser, or to rent a DVD – all this and more just a few minutes away. We are also in a prime location to reach Disney World – only a ten minute drive away – and close to all Theme Parks.

We are opposite the drive through Bank and Golfing Complex designed by Greg Norman, opposite the new Reunion Championship Golfing Complex, designed by Tom Watson, Arnold Palmer and Jack Nicholas. It is the perfect place for a holiday – plenty of sunshine and plenty for the kids to see and do, and with the private pool who could ask for more? There is also plenty to do for the adults, with a range of sports, Theme Parks, and bars and restaurants nearby. Come and soak up the sun in Lake Wilson Preserve.
