LAUNDRY – an easy to use washing machine and dryer, iron and ironing board are available.

BREAKFAST NOOK – an elegant breakfast area overlooking the swimming pool and patio area.

LOUNGE – Our stunning and spacious lounge for you to relax and unwind in. For your entertainment cable T.V. and a dvd/cd player (remember to bring your favourite films and cd’s there are some in the villas already) a phone for all local calls is free, international calls can be made from this phone with an international phonecard, which are widely available.

DINING AREA – a very stylish and dressed area for all your formal dining requirements.

This chalet style property is south facing, has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and sleeps a maximum of 8.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, en-suite and large patio doors that lead out into the private pool area.

The entire house is tastefully decorated and has everything you need for your stay in the sunshine state.

There is a large supermarket only 5 minutes drive away, and the house is just minutes to all of Orlando’s major theme parks and attractions.

The house is only 5 minutes from the award winning Champions Gate and Reunion Golf Courses.

Orlando is central for the gulf coast to the west, with Clearwater and its spectacular beaches only 1 hour away. To the East you have Cocoa Beach and the space coast only 40 minutes away.

Ideally located for Orlando International Airport which is only 40 minutes away.
Sanford airport is approximately one hour drive.

The lounge area has 3 seater, 2 seater and armchair. A 32″ TV and patio doors that lead to the back garden and pool area. The dining area has a dining table which seats 6 people and there is a Breakfast Nook next to the kitchen which seats 4.

Our pool and patio area is fully alarmed for the safety of children. The large deck area has a terrace with a
range of patio furniture and loungers.
The large covered patio/lanai is the perfect location for a BBQ and evening relaxation.

This stunning new villa is situated within the beautifully landscaped and peaceful West Haven Community.

It is 5 minutes from Interstate 4, the main corridor for Orlando.

The villa has 3 bedrooms and Sleeps 6/8. It is furnished to a very high standard throughout and is fully air conditioned.

On entering this bright and spacious villa you will find an open plan living and formal dining area. The lounge has two comfortable sofas one of which converts into a Queen sized bed.

The home offers an additional family room with doors leading out to your own private pool area where you can relax and have fun after a busy day at the parks or the Malls.

This villa has a lovely South facing pool with a patio area that is perfect for al-fresco dining with an outdoor ceiling fan. There is also a patio table with chairs and comfortable sun loungers. Pool heat is available on request at an additional cost.

Our kitchen contains all the equipment you could possibly need to make your stay enjoyable.

The master bedroom has a king size bed. Patio doors open out on to the sun deck and pool area. It also has an en-suite bathroom with shower cubicle twin hand basins and bath.

Bedrooms 2 and 3 have twin beds and storage closets. These rooms are separated by the main family bathroom.

The golf enthusiast will be pleased to learn that there are two Greg Norman courses just 5 minutes away at Championsgate.

Championsgate also offers a Publix supermarket, Walgreen pharmacy plus numerous other shops and restaurants.

The living area boasts an open plan layout with high vaulted ceilings giving a bright spacious area to relax watching T.V. or a DVD.

The kitchen area sits off the living area, which of course is fully fitted with a large cooker, microwave, side-by-side fridge with ice-maker, waste disposal and dishwasher. A breakfast bar divides the kitchen from the 8-seated dining table but if you’re just having a quick snack we have provided bar stools at the breakfast bar for your convenience.

Our grand first master is on the ground floor and suitable for a wheelchair user. Here you will find a magnificent king size bed (UK super king) with fabulous upgraded bedding to add to the luxury. This room has 2 bedside cabinets, large dresser with mirror, relaxing chair, slim line T.V. Clock radio, and built in closet with safe for you to use during your stay. From this bedroom you can slide open the French windows going out into a small private courtyard.

The en-suite bathroom consists of large bath with separate shower with a tiled seat, toilet, basin and large vanity mirror.

The ground floor also has a cloakroom with toilet and wash hand basin.

Our second grand master upstairs is furnished again to and exceptionally high standard with upgraded king size bed with luxurious bedding. This room also has 2 bedside lockers, clock radio, grand dresser with slim line T.V. And long line mirror. A walk in closet provides ample storage space.

The en-suite bathroom consists of bath and shower toilet, basin and vanity mirror.

The 3rd bedroom has a queen size bed, full furniture package and built in closet.

Bedroom 4 & 5 are kitted out forthe kids with twin beds, TV/DVD and a selection of DVD’s for kids. All bedrooms have closets.

The 3rd bathroom on the first floor has bath, toilet and washbasin.

On the first floor you will find a laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.

The south facing pool and spa sits beyond a covered lanai of 21 sq.ft. Perfect for relaxng on the sun loungers if you don’t fancy catching the rays of that hot Florida sun! You can watch the kids in the pool or for safety you can screen off the pool by pulling across the pool screen. The pool has an upgraded feature of overhead jets keeping you extra cool and the spa is raised above pool level. In the cooler months the pool and spa can be heated

Landscaped gardens surround the villa and to the side of the villa we have converted the garage to a games room. There is room for parking on the paved driveway.

The villa is air conditioned throughout and has ceiling fans in main rooms and out on the lanai. T

his home is perfect for two large families holidaying together or even 3 small families. The villa is non-smoking and pets are not permitted.

The Tuscan Hills community is an outstanding Mediterranean style development situated on highway 27, one mile from 192 with all its shops and restaurants. Nearby you will also find numerous golf courses, supermarkets, Wal Mart and Target.

Plus the villa is only 15 minutes away from Walt Disney World.

For those looking for a little bit of retail therapy you will find many malls in the area Mall at Millenia, Osceola Sq. Mall, Belz Factory Outlet, Downtown Disney Marketplace,Church St. Station, Market Sq. At Celebration and many many more!

Orlando Airport is 30 minutes away and Sanford Airport is 60 minutes away.
